A Little Slice of Greece
There are some things about Greece that just stick with you: the sunshine, the ocean breeze, and the slow meals that somehow last for hours. But one of my favorite memories from our time in Naxos? A hands-on cooking class with Perivoli Farm Experience, where we learned how to make authentic Greek dishes, including this delicious tzatziki, from scratch.
And here’s the thing… it was shockingly easy.

Why This Tzatziki Is Different

  • Made with fresh, simple ingredients
  • No preservatives
  • Light, creamy, and full of flavor
  • Comes together in minutes
Ever since that class, I honestly can’t go back to store-bought. It just doesn’t compare.

A Quick Note About Naxos

If you haven’t been to Naxos yet, add it to your list. It’s one of those Greek islands that feels a little less crowded and even more magical. It has it all… amazing food, beautiful beaches, and some of the warmest people you’ll ever meet.

Once you make this fresh, homemade tzatziki, you’ll understand. It’s lighter, brighter, and just tastes like summer in Greece.
And every time I make it, it takes me right back to that sunny afternoon in Naxos, laughing, learning, and realizing that some of the best recipes really are the simplest ones.
