I’m honestly shocked we managed to find a night when all four of us were free! As the kids get older, these little family outings are getting harder and harder to pull off, which makes me appreciate them even more.
We’ve been coming to Spina Farms in Morgan Hill, California, since the kids were little, and it’s been crazy watching this place grow over the years. It’s easily one of our favorite pumpkin patches in the Bay Area, with a little something for everyone.
The kids may be getting older, but I’m not ready to give up our pumpkin patch tradition just yet! 🧡

I’m still swooning over our time in the Peruvian Amazon. It may have been one of the most remote places we’ve ever stayed, but it was also one of the most incredible.
We spent four days at Posada Amazonas, surrounded by the sights, sounds, and creatures of the rainforest. Spiders, snakes, monkeys, and all! It was wild, a little creepy at times, and absolutely unforgettable.
Of all the amazing places we visited in Peru, the Amazon may have been my favorite. I’d go back in a heartbeat!
And now, of course, I’m already dreaming up big adventures for 2027.

At 51, these words feel more poignant than ever.
At some point, you realize just how quickly the years are moving, and that “someday” isn’t something you can count on.
I want to see as much of this world as I can. Go to the places I’ve dreamed about. Try new things. Take the trip. Have the experience. Be present for all of it. Because one day you wake up and realize the time isn’t someday.
