Yay for sunny weather! I don’t know how it is in your neck of the woods, but it seems like we’ve had an extra long, cool stretch of winter and spring this year, but it seems that we finally might be turning a corner.
This past weekend was finally warm enough to put the top down, take a drive, and enjoy the California sun! Do you consider yourself a warm weather person or a cooler weather person?

Having a nice sit down meal is essential to making our Disney trip as magical as possible. We have a few restaurants that we look forward to each time we visit. In order to get the reservations we want, even at the hard to get restaurants, we use a few techniques that have worked for us each and every time.
1. Book Early: Reservations open up at 6 AM, 60 days in advance.
2. Be Flexible: Book what ever time you can get. You can always try to change the time after you get the reservation.
3. Check for Cancellations: These do pop up every so often.
4. Join a Walk-up List: these actually work a lot better than I thought they would.
5. Visit in Person: if all else fails, go visit the restaurant where you would like to eat. If you visit, especially in the off hours, there is a chance they can get you in.

Happy Friday! Do you always buy bikinis as a set? Or do you buy pieces separately?
I used to always buy them as a set, but now I am really picky about bottoms, especially if they are pricy! I loved this top so much, but I wasn’t crazy about the bottoms that went with it. They didn’t have much coverage, and I need coverage! 😝 So I splurged on the top, which I am glad that I did because it’s great quality and oh so comfortable. I found these bottoms for under $15 at Target and I think they work great. I did this with the cream version of this suit too.
The top was just too cute to pass up. If you’re looking for a comfortable, flattering, wireless bikini top that holds everything in place you need to check this one out. It’s on the pricier side, but so worth it. I feel like I will still have this top 20 years from now. I can’t believe we got this last minute reservation. What a surprise! This was our first time dining at the Lamplight lounge, and I honestly didn’t know what to expect, but the food was delicious and the show was amazing! There is seriously no better way to watch “World of Color!”

Yay for Spring Break! One great thing about living in California is having @disneyland within driving distance for a spontaneous getaway.
We actually didn’t have anything planned for spring break, but last week we all decided that we needed just a few days away. So, here we are. I only wished that I looked at little deeper and realized that we are here for Dapper day! I at least had a dress packed in my bag, but I would have preferred us all looking much more dapper for Dapper Day. 🙂
