Every once in a while, you stumble on a recipe that feels like it was always meant to be part of your holiday traditions. This year, that drink for me was the Cranberry Pomegranate Spritz. It’s light, bubbly, sparkly, festive, and ridiculously easy to make.
I initially thought I’d create a cocktail using straight pomegranate juice, but while I was standing in the grocery store aisle, I spotted Ocean Spray’s cranberry pomegranate juice and thought, “Why not try it?” I’m so glad I did, because the flavor turned out even better than I imagined. It is bright, tangy, and the perfect mix for the holidays.
I first made this spritz on Thanksgiving, and honestly, one sip was all it took. I knew immediately this drink was coming with me straight into the rest of the holiday season.

Ingredients
- 3 oz Cranberry Pomagranite Juice
- 4-5 oz Prosecco
- 1 Lime wedge
- Diamond Dust Edible Glitter
Garnish Options
- Fresh Cranberries
- Fresh Pomegranate Seeds
- Rosemary
Instructions
- Fill your glass about 3/4 full with prosecco
- Add the cranberry/ pomegranate juice.
- Sprinkle a few shakes of Diamond Dust - this is where the magic happens.
- Top with another splash of Prosecco and watch the shimmer come alive.
- Add a squeeze of lime and a festive garnish if you’d like.
- A quick stir, a little sparkle, and you’ve got yourself the prettiest drink on the holiday table.
