😂 I love me some Disney magic… but wow, the prices have really crept up, haven’t they?
I was comparing my annual pass from 2017 to my current Magic Key and it’s more than doubled. And to add insult to injury, that old pass included MaxPass, which was basically unlimited FastPasses every visit.
Now it feels like everything that used to be included is either gone or nickel-and-dimed.

What’s the weather like where you are right now?
Because while a good chunk of the world is in full-on Christmas mode, California is over here living her best fall life. Our recent Disneyland trip had the most wonderful weather, with golden leaves, perfect temps, and all the cozy autumn magic.
Meanwhile, back home in the Bay Area? It’s been cold, foggy, and it’s been chilling-to-the-core… and I am not built for this. (Even though I grew up in the Midwest!)
Missing that warm SoCal sunshine and wishing we were back there right now.

Who else could use a fancy-hotel type of sleep right about now?
With the holidays creeping up, life feels like a whirlwind and sleep is absolutely eluding me.
I keep thinking back to how soundly I slept and how relaxed I was at the @hiltonanaheim . Their newly remodeled rooms were a dream. Literally. I haven’t slept that well in ages.
If you’re heading to Disneyland and want a hotel where you can actually recover after a long park day, this one’s a total win. The full renovation is gorgeous, the rooms are so comfy, and because SoCal likes to show off its perfect weather...we even got to squeeze in some relaxing pool time.

I love a good dinner with a view, and this one did not disappoint.
We always love Carnation Café, but tonight felt extra special, as the Wintertime Enchantment show started just after we sat down, and Main Street turned into a snowy wonderland.

I went to make a simple pomegranate cocktail… then spotted cranberry pomegranate juice at the store and decided to give it a try. Best holiday decision I’ve made.
Add Prosecco and a pinch of edible Diamond Dust, and suddenly your drink sparkles like it’s ready for a party. I made it for Thanksgiving, and now I’m officially obsessed.

Do you have a Christmas pickle? We’ve always had a one on our tree. When the kids were younger, we’d take turns re-hiding the ornament in the branches and spend the whole season re-finding it.
Another fun twist is saving the big hide for Christmas morning and giving a little bonus gift to whoever spots it first.
