I’m firmly in the use them every chance you get camp. My Grinch set by Lenox is out all season, they are microwave safe, dishwasher safe, and way too cute to only use once a year.

What’s the weather like where you are right now?
Because while a good chunk of the world is in full-on Christmas mode, California is over here living her best fall life. Our recent Disneyland trip had the most wonderful weather, with golden leaves, perfect temps, and all the cozy autumn magic.
Meanwhile, back home in the Bay Area? It’s been cold, foggy, and it’s been chilling-to-the-core… and I am not built for this. (Even though I grew up in the Midwest!)
Missing that warm SoCal sunshine and wishing we were back there right now.

Who else could use a fancy-hotel type of sleep right about now?
With the holidays creeping up, life feels like a whirlwind and sleep is absolutely eluding me.
I keep thinking back to how soundly I slept and how relaxed I was at the @hiltonanaheim . Their newly remodeled rooms were a dream. Literally. I haven’t slept that well in ages.
If you’re heading to Disneyland and want a hotel where you can actually recover after a long park day, this one’s a total win. The full renovation is gorgeous, the rooms are so comfy, and because SoCal likes to show off its perfect weather...we even got to squeeze in some relaxing pool time.
Seriously, I could 100% go for a day by the pool and a good night’s sleep right about now. How about you? I love a good dinner with a view, and this one did not disappoint.
We always love Carnation Café, but tonight felt extra special, as the Wintertime Enchantment show started just after we sat down, and Main Street turned into a snowy wonderland.
During the holidays, the snow falls about 7:30, 8:30, and after the fireworks, and snagging an outdoor table ended up being the dreamiest low-key way to experience the magic without the crowds. #disneyland #disneylandholidays #disneylandchristmas #disneylandtips #mainstreetusa

I went to make a simple pomegranate cocktail… then spotted cranberry pomegranate juice at the store and decided to give it a try. Best holiday decision I’ve made.
Add Prosecco and a pinch of edible Diamond Dust, and suddenly your drink sparkles like it’s ready for a party. I made it for Thanksgiving, and now I’m officially obsessed.
It’s simple, pretty, and tastes like holiday cheer in a glass.

Do you have a Christmas pickle? We’ve always had a one on our tree. When the kids were younger, we’d take turns re-hiding the ornament in the branches and spend the whole season re-finding it.
Another fun twist is saving the big hide for Christmas morning and giving a little bonus gift to whoever spots it first.

Pardon me while I straighten my crown… It’s officially time to step into my role as the Queen of Christmas Magic.

You just can’t get that nostalgic glow from LEDs. This year, I finally broke down and bought colorful incandescent lights to give my tree that warm, cozy glow I remember from childhood. Although, we did use a twinkling strand of LEDs as well to give it that extra pizzazz. (My husband and kids like twinkle)
I know it may not be the most aesthetic, Instagram-perfect tree, but it’s full of warmth, color, and memories, and that’s all that matters.

We recently checked out the newly renovated Hilton Anaheim, and it exceeded every expectation. It’s officially one of our new favorite places to stay when visiting Disneyland. The walk to the parks is slightly longer than what we’re used to, but we barely noticed. Coming back to such a comfortable, refreshed room made all the difference. Do you remember these decorations? I think they were called melted popcorn decorations if I am not mistaken. I actually saw this one hanging as a decoration in Disney’s California Adventure. Honestly, I probably would’ve bought one if they had one for sale. 😂 🕯️
