Equipment

  • 1 Double Boiler

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Dark or Milk chocolate chips depending on your preference.
  • ½ cup Heavy cream

Fondue Dippers

  • Strawberries
  • Bananas
  • Green Apple
  • Blackberries
  • Raspberries
  • Pound Cake
  • Marshmallows
  • Rice Krispie treats
  • Pineapple
  • Shortbread cookies

Instructions
 

  • Cut and arrange your choice of dippers onto your serving dish.
  • Melt the chocolate and cream together in a double-boiler stirring constantly until smooth. 
  •  Add more cream, a tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency. 
  • Transfer to a fondue bowl, keep hot, and enjoy.
