Smoked Old Fashioned

Equipment

  • Smoke Infuser
  • Adapted mason jar or beaker
  • Wood chips (our favorites are cherry wood and pecan wood)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp Sugar or to taste
  • 2 dashes Water
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1 dash Spiced Cherry Bitters
  • 1.5 oz Bourbon
  • 1 Extra Large Ice Cube
  • 1 Candied Cherry

Instructions
 

  • Add sugar and water to your old fashioned glass and stir or mix until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Add both Angostura and Spice Cherry Bitters and stir again.
  • Add Bourbon and Mix again.
  • Pour the drink into your jar or flask or what ever you are using to to infuse your drink.
  • Add smoke
  • Swirl jar to infuse the smoke into the drink. (the longer you infuse the stronger the smoke flavor will be)
  • Add the extra large ice cube to your glass.
  • Pour the smoke infused drink over the ice add the cherry and enjoy!
