Ingredients
  

  • 3 C Milk 2% works great
  • 1 C Half & Half
  • 1 C White Chocolate Chips Use a good quality like Ghirardelli
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Topping

  • Whipped Cream
  • Marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • Heat the milk, half & half, and white chocolate chips in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Continuously stir the mixture until the white chocolate chips are melted.
  • Stir in vanilla.
  • Pour into cups and top with whipped cream and marshmallows.
