Snowball Cookies

An easy and delicious cookie that perfect for the Christmas season.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Salted Butter
  • ½ Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 ¾ Cup Sifted Flour
  • ½ Cup Ground Pecans
  • ½ tsp Vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cream butter and powder sugar together in the mixer.
  • Add and work in the flour, pecans and vanilla until it forms a dough.
  • Shape cookies into small 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet. (parchment paper works best)
  • Bake in oven for 12 minutes or until the bottoms of the cookies turn light golden brown.
  • Let cool and sprinkle with or roll in powdered sugar.
  • Enjoy.
