Vine Ripe Tomatoes - peeled and seeded

Cucumber- peeled and chopped

Sweet Onion - finely chopped

Bell Pepper - chopped
1
Jalapeño Pepper - minced
1
Small Garlic Clove - minced

Celery Stalk- chopped

Tomato Juice

Olive Oil

Red Wine Vinegar

Worcestershire

Lime - squeezed

Black Pepper
Instructions
Chop, peel and mince all of your vegetables.
Add all the vegetables to a glass bowl.
Pour in tomato juice, olive oil, red wine vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.
Add the lime juice.
Mix in the cumin, salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Enjoy this tasty summer dish.
